Introduction: Welcome to Stream Chasers, an innovative online Creator Network/Agency for aspiring TikTok creators based in Sydney, Australia. This document details the terms and conditions (T&Cs) governing your participation in our Creator Program.
Definitions:
Stream Chasers: Refers to Stream Chasers LTD & Stream Chasers PTY LTD.
Agency: Refers to Stream Chasers LTD & Stream Chasers PTY LTD.
Program: Refers to Stream Chasers’ TikTok Creator Network program.
Creator Network: A comprehensive ecosystem offering training, events, digital content, community engagement, collaboration opportunities, and support for your TikTok host journey.
Creator/Host: You, the individual, committing to our Program and community.
Consent: By signing up for the Stream Chasers Creator Network at no charge, you agree to these terms and conditions, acknowledging their importance in guiding our cooperative relationship.
Acceptance & Commitment: You recognize the unpredictable nature of digital content creation on TikTok LIVE. While we provide substantial resources, specific outcomes or earnings cannot be guaranteed. Success depends on your commitment and utilization of provided materials, intended solely for personal advancement. Unauthorized sharing or distribution is strictly prohibited.
Privacy & Communication: Stream Chasers prioritizes your privacy, committing to only use your personal information for account management, service delivery, and program-related communications. You consent to receive updates about relevant offers and content from us, with the option to opt-out at any time as detailed in our Privacy Policy.
Creator Conduct: Creators must conduct themselves with integrity and respect toward all participants and staff. Stream Chasers reserves the right to remove any Creator from the Program for conduct deemed unprofessional or harmful. Professionalism and respect are non-negotiable, with unprofessional behavior leading to expulsion from the Program. This includes, but is not limited to, rudeness, intoxication, or illegal activities.
Participation Requirements: Active participation is required, with Creators hosting TikTok LIVE sessions under the provided guidelines of over 7 days and over 15 hours per month.
Confidentiality Creators agree to keep confidential all non-public information regarding Stream Chasers’ business, program strategies, and operations. Unauthorized disclosure may result in immediate termination and legal action.
Disclaimers: The Creator Program is educational, without promises of specific outcomes. Professional advice should be sought for financial, health, or legal matters, as our guidance does not substitute for such consultation. Stream Chasers does not guarantee any specific outcomes from participation in the Creator Program. The Program is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Indemnification Creators agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Stream Chasers and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their actions or participation in the Program.
Liability Waiver: You bear responsibility for your decisions and their impacts. Stream Chasers disclaims liability for losses or damages resulting from your Program involvement. You accept all risks related to financial investments and health, excluding issues arising from our negligence.
Limitation of Liability Stream Chasers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your participation in the Program.
Resignation or Removal: On resignation, immediate cessation of Stream Chasers branding use is required, with an obligation to maintain confidentiality and avoid defaming the Agency. Specific conditions, such as access cancellations (for example, to Discord, courses, and group chats), apply to early departures. Stream Chasers retains the right to remove any Creator for any reason, ensuring Program integrity. Creators can opt to leave the Creator Network at any time within their first 15 days in the Creator Network. After 15 days, Creators will need to provide 72 hours notice if requesting to leave.
Intellectual Property: Stream Chasers holds all rights to Program content and materials. All program materials, unless otherwise stated, are the exclusive property of Stream Chasers. Creators are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use such materials for personal, non-commercial use only. Unauthorized use or dissemination of material beyond personal use may lead to removal and legal action.
Earnings & Data Protection: Earnings from TikTok LIVE are managed directly by TikTok. Stream Chasers will never ask you for your bank or payment details, will never request pay from you, and will never request access to your sensitive account details. We commit to protecting your personal information per our Privacy Policy, detailing our data management practices.
Cancellation & Refunds: Cancellation policies respect the resources and planning involved. Commitment is crucial upon registration, with specific refund conditions applied.
Program Adjustments: Stream Chasers may modify the Creator Network Program to enhance participant value and effectiveness. Your adaptive engagement is valued.

Protection of Sensitive Information: Confidential information, including conversations and content updates, must remain within the Program. Unauthorized disclosure is strictly prohibited and may lead to Program expulsion and potential legal action.
Non-Compete Clause: During your participation in the Stream Chasers Creator Network Program and for a period of sixty days after termination (unless self-terminating in the first 15 days of being in the Creator Network), you agree not to engage in any activities or join any competing programs or agencies that directly compete with Stream Chasers.
Acknowledgment of Understanding: By continuing in the Creator Network Program, you confirm your comprehension and agreement to these terms, recognizing their role in our shared success.
Grievance and Dispute Resolution Any disputes under these T&Cs shall first be attempted to be resolved through direct negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.
Jurisdiction and Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of this region.
